Meet the BCBA
Kelley began here career in applied behavior analysis (ABA) in February 2020 as a behavior technician. Within 5 months of working in the field, Kelley applied for a master’s program and became a certified BCBA in 2023. Her passion for supporting families through challenging behaviors sparked from her own experiences as a parent, nanny, and childcare provider. Kelley’s goal is to provide compassionate, effective, and comprehensive care towards client and family empowerment through socially valid interventions.
After working in different settings as a BCBA, Kelley felt the drive to start her own company to provide personalized services through her favorite concepts of behavior analysis. Her history in ABA includes working with children and adults as well as within multiple settings including schools, clinics, and in-home services.
